We’ve Been Busy

So, we’ve been busy. My wife has worked a lot of overtime on her other job this past 2 weeks, and Easter is a big season for me. However, we have not stopped making cards. In fact, my wife has made about 20-30+ cards for Easter this past week. In addition to using a new die (NOT A STAMPIN’ UP DIE) that she found. We’ll show you the non SU project later.  Below are a few of the cards she’s been busy with this week. We hope you enjoy. Remember, you can order anytime by contacting us and placing an order for one of her cards she makes. All individual cards are $5 (includes matching envelope)  2 cards for $9.50 and 3 or more cards for $4 each.

This was a cute little homemade treat bag and an easter card that I made for my graphics assistant at church. Janel made the bag, I call it my schitso-bag. One side is fun, the other side, as you’ll see below is classy.  The card is a simple Easter cross and Celebrate, while Happy Easter is on the inside. I used two pieces of other card stock and created a wrap around daisey in flirty flamingo and then a Bermuda bay card stock.

I think my assistant was warmly surprised both by the chocolates and treats but because it just feels GREAT to get a card and something made with love. I think hand made cards and treat bags just seem to show that the person receiving is valuable. Anyone can go to the store… but if you have something hand made, or you make it yourself, that says this person is very special, and worth more than a trip to a card shoppe.

Check out the wonderful ways to say “you’re appreciated”, “You’re special to me” and more below.
